What it is: A free Android app for collectors and processors (any organization, not only Precious Plastic Philippines). Log collections with photos and GPS, record shredding, sorting & baling, pelletizing, and sales, and generate collection and diversion certificates.

Built for Philippine EPR — and beyond: Designed around RA 11898 Extended Producer Responsibility workflows, with guidance aligned to PARMS. It also works as a general collection and tracking tool for ESG and recycling programs outside the Philippines.

Key features:

• Collection entries with plastic photo, scale readout photo, and GPS tag

• Tap-to-autofill past collection sources

• Processing stages: shredding, sorting & baling, pelletizing, selling shred or bales

• Processing log with processing-loss field

• Collection certificates and diversion certificates

• Offline QR verification of certificates

• Profile: org name, address, permit numbers (e.g. DENR CNC or ECC), optional logo

• Weight unit setting (kilos or pounds)
