• Enhanced Geartrain: Smoother, more efficient operation for consistent output.

• Larger, Steeper Feed Hopper: Boosts feeding efficiency, ensuring steady material flow even with challenging post-consumer pellets.

• Proven Performance: Lab-tested to process 60kg/hour of PP pellets (post-consumer grade) at 190°C with just 1% plasticizer, powered by 6kW of heating.

We've also added practical touches for easier operation:

• A larger, highly visible amp meter to monitor motor load in real-time.

• Our signature quick-connect mold changing adapter—swap molds in seconds, no tools required.
